How it works
Tell us what is happening
A phone call, and then a visit to the house. No forms to fill in before you can talk to somebody.
We work out what would help
What support, on what days, at what times of day, and what the household already handles on its own.
You meet the caregiver
We introduce the person before they start, and if the fit is wrong we find somebody else.
We keep checking
Needs change, sometimes quickly. Your case manager adjusts the arrangement rather than restarting it.
What it costs
Cost depends on how many hours you need, which days, and what the support involves. Overnight and live-in arrangements are priced differently from a few hours a week.
We will give you the figure for your own arrangement on the phone, before anything is booked. There is no charge for the conversation or for the visit to work out what is needed.

If you have coverage through Veterans Affairs, an insurer, or another programme, tell us on the call and we will tell you where you stand.
