What this website collects
The short version: this website itself collects nothing about you. What you send us through a form or an email, we keep, and this page explains how.

This site sets no cookies
Visiting this website does not place a cookie on your device, and does not store anything about you in your browser.
There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no tracking of any kind. We cannot tell who you are, which pages you looked at, or that you visited more than once.
Nothing loads from another company
Nothing on this site loads from another company, so no other company can see your visit.
Fonts are served from this website. There is no embedded map. The address on our contact page is an ordinary link, so nothing loads from a map provider unless you choose to click it.
What happens when you send us a form
When you press send, this website’s own server emails what you typed to ABCare™. No other form service handles it. Simply looking at a page with a form on it sends nothing.
We ask for as little as we can: your name, how to reach you, roughly where you are, and what you are looking for.
We do not ask for health information
No form on this website asks for a diagnosis, a condition, medication, or details of someone’s care needs. Please leave them out of the message box too.
We will talk about them on the phone or in person, where you can decide how much to say.
What we do with what you send
- We use it to reply to you and to work out whether we can help.
- We share it inside ABCare™ only with the people who need it to do that.
- We do not sell it, and we do not give it to anyone for advertising.
- We keep it while we are in contact with you, and for as long as our records need to show what was arranged.
Asking us what we hold
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 902-877-8450 or email info@aboutcare.ca and say so. You do not need to put it formally.
If this ever changes
If we add anything that measures how the site is used, you will be asked first, the choice will be yours, and you will be able to change your mind afterwards. This page will be updated at the same time.
