ABCare™ provides Home Support services to people who receive funding through Nova Scotia’s Home Support Direct Funding Program, across HRM.

Bathing, dressing, grooming and help moving around safely.
Respite
Time away for the person who usually does the caring.
Meal preparation
Meals planned and cooked in your kitchen, the way you like them.
Light housekeeping
Laundry, tidying and keeping your home safe and comfortable.

Plan your support
We work out the schedule, the location and any preferences for your care worker with you.
Support begins
We match you with a care worker and agree a start date together.
