Provider-managed funding
Your Disability Support Program funding comes to ABCare, and we coordinate and administer your supports on your behalf. You still decide what your support looks like — we do the arranging.
What this means in practice
We hold and administer the funding, hire and schedule the support workers, arrange cover when someone is away, and keep the records the program requires.
It is still built around you. The plan is made with you, you meet the people who will be working with you, and you can change what is not working by telling your case manager.
People choose this route because they would rather spend their time on their life than on administration.
What we coordinate
Day-to-day support
Support workers for daily living, community activities, respite, and overnight or after-hours cover.
Health routines
Routines that keep you well and keep existing conditions steady, worked out with the health professionals already involved.
Your funding and budget
We explain what your funding covers in plain terms, track what is being spent, and tell you before something runs short.

Help looking for a place, and help sorting out the practical parts of moving in and staying there.

Working out what is actually available near you — groups, services, transport, and places worth knowing about.
